Erica is a highly accomplished dancer, educator, and choreographer originally from Utah, where her passion for dance began early in life. She is extensively trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Ballroom, and has performed in numerous high-profile productions, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Her early dedication and talent led to national recognition, earning multiple titles in both Latin and Standard Ballroom competitions.

As a Junior National Champion, Erica proudly represented the United States at the World Junior Championships and went on to achieve a world ranking in ballroom dance. This distinction opened doors to an impressive professional career, including becoming the youngest member of the renowned Odyssey Dance Theatre. Her performance credits span internationally recognized productions and companies such as Holland America Cruise Line, Disney Live, Disney Cruise Line, Ballroom With a Twist, and ABC’s The Catch.

Now based in Los Angeles, Erica is the owner of her own ballroom studio, where she shares her expertise and passion with the next generation of dancers. She is also the founder of DREAM Dance Program, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing ballroom dance into public schools, providing accessible arts education and empowering youth through movement. Through her teaching, choreography, and community work, Erica continues to make a lasting impact on the world of dance.
